I became a therapist because I genuinely care about people’s lived experiences and how life’s challenges can shape our identity and sense of self. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel understood, respected, and supported, not rushed or judged. I find purpose in walking alongside clients as they build insight, strengthen coping skills, and make sustainable changes that align with their goals and values.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion and partnership. Whether you're navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, medical concerns, or a new period of transition, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and more connected as you improve your emotional wellness.
